As part of strengthening institutional partnerships for the implementation of the Techno Gabay Program (TGP), Central Luzon State University (CLSU), through the University Extension Program Office (UEPO) represented by Ms. Queenie P. Peneyra, Head of the Applied Communication Division, took part in the ceremonial signing of a Quadripartite Memorandum of Agreement (MOA). The event was facilitated by the Agricultural Training Institute - Regional Training Center III (ATI-RTC III) during the Digital Agriculture Congress held in Clark, Pampanga, on 16 October.
